Appreciating and Applying Of Business Etiquette (Part 2) - Internal Training Lesson 9
One afternoon in December 2012, all staff of Haide Capital Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., gathered in the company conference room again to accept the training on workplace and business etiquette.
The training was started with stating clearly the five roles of business etiquette, which are: 1, self-image showing; 2, reflecting the norms of business contacts; 3, to promote exchanges between the two sides of the relationship; 4, convey information to establish trust; 5, promote cooperation with each other, and to promote in-depth exchanges. Then, eight points of business etiquette was told, which are: 1, matching with the occasion; 2, adapt to the atmosphere of the time; 3, follow the practice; 4, pay attention to the clean, beautiful, and respect for customary; 5, showing the demeanor and temperament; 6, attention to weaknesses; 7, to maintain reasonable manner; 8, enthusiastic, not too cool, nor too excessive.
Next, it was a lessen about how to organize hair accessories, how to match clothes and jewelry, and how to show a decent emotes subtle. Colleagues was interesed in how to apply these norms to their own business dealings, and had a lively discussion.
