Find and explore investment opportunities consistent with our investment philosophy. Carry out preliminary due diligence, deal structuring, post-investment management and exit. Roles and responsibilities include the following:
•Identify and pre-screen deals with high growth potentials and investment value
•Conduct market and industry analysis
•Carry out due diligence
•Work out deal structuring
•Provide post-investment management and value-added services

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or above from full-time key universities
•More than 3 years of work experiences in equity investment operations or investment banking, familiar with the VC/PE operational rules and mode. Experiences in leading a team to explore business and take on independent projects is preferred.
•Corporate management and operation know-how
•Appropriate financial knowledge and skills required
•Fluency in oral and written business English
•High basic quality and strong learning ability

•Appropriate financial knowledge and skills required
