Using And Improving Emotional Intelligence In The Workplace - The Seventh Internal Training Course

On the afternoon of October 19, all staff of Haide Capital Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. learned tegether about the workplace EQ training courses Part2 in the meeting room.

Training was also began with the lecture DVD given by training expert Tan Yiping on the topic of workplace EQ. Mr. Tan firstly talked about four abilities from the using of EQ: (1) the ability to identify their own and others' emotions; (2) the ability to take advantage of emotions; (3) the ability to understand the feelings; (4) the ability to adjust the feelings. Then Mr. Tan talked about effective training of improving EQ, including: (1) seeing silent movies, reading the emotional novels, to improve the ability to identify emotional; (2) learning some psychology, training language skills, to improve the use of feelings capabilities; (3) listening to the symphony, observing others, to improve the ability to understand the feelings; (4) doing more self-reflection, communicating with others, to improve the ability to adjust the feelings.

This was the second lesten of workplace emotional intelligence lecture series, following by the last training focusing on the importance of the emotional intelligence, and then learning how to use and improve the skills and methods of emotional intelligence in the workplace. Colleagues welcomed this kind of training, and hoped to continue to participate in these concise and practical training courses.
