Focus On Personnel Development For a New Situation of Human Resources---- Qingdao Construction Group 2012 Human Resources Conference

February 9, Qingdao Construction Group 2012 annual human resources work conference held in Qingdao. Zhang Zhihua, President of Qingdao Construction Group, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech.
