Attitude Changes Your Life - the First Company Training Course

January 16, 2012, all the staff of Haide Capital Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd took an internal training given by the Human Resources Manager Dong Huiting in the company conference room.

The training's theme is "attitude and ability." We study together the course content firstly, and then discussed practical problems in the daily work around the "attitude of the first, capacity second" understanding and "no excuses, serious and responsible" concept. Finally, "do not complain, and often gratitude" advice was given to everyone, enhanced our sense of teamwork. Through training, a correct attitude, practical work style was conveyed.

This is the first lesson of the company training program. More lessons will be   regularly organized for staff to provide more learning opportunities, and bring the company into a vibrant "learning enterprise."
