Become The One Who Can

On the Middle of this month, evevy employee of Haide Capital Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd received a beautiful book of "A Massage To Garcia," as the company's internal training materials.

This book collected an article written by Albert • Hubbard, an writer and publisher of the late 19th century. The article made a very sensational effect  once published, and rapidly transferred to all over the world. The book described a young lieutenant who received a difficult task to deliver a letter to an unknown Garcia. The young man took immediate action without any doubt, created conditions for active, overcome all difficulties independently, and ultimately successfully completed the task. Through this story, a strong loyalty was conveyed that was to be entrusted to superiors, to act quickly, and to complete the task of professionalism.
