Innovation to Leap, Passion to Dream

In the economic conference held in July 2011, chairman Du Bo made a speech with the title of 'innovation to leap, passion to dream ". Chairman Du highlighted that, organizational management, human resources management, leadership, execution are all important factors affecting future development. In the next strategic phase, the focus is solving problems in project management to achieve scale and efficiency of the simultaneous development of enterprises and employees simultaneously.

Chairman Du pointed out: to ensure the stratege, it is necessary to implement innovation, which is the most crucial point. Concept of innovation must be put at first, followed by management innovation, model innovation, technological innovation, in order to achieve restructuring and development leaps and bounds. Four things should be stressed: transferring the mode, adjusting the structure, strongering the system, grasping the team.

To transferring the mode, the focus is to promote the transformation of efficiency, operation and management to create a standardized operation, intensive management of the business model; to adjust the structure, we have to optimize and improve the industrial structure, market structure, organizational structure, ownership structure, personnel structure, and product structure; to stronger the system, it is necessary to standardize our management system and operation; to grasp the team, it is necessary to encourage the accumulation of talent to the line, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of project management.

Chairman Du encouraged employees: no ideas,no way out; no dreams, no future. The company will soon enter a new historical period of development, with a very long way to go.
