Creating A Learning-Oriented Enterprises
From the board to the employees,a good habit of self-learning has been gradually developed. We are going to consrtuct our company into a learning organization. The so-called "good learning", includes four meanings:
First, lifelong learning. That members of the organization should develop the habit of lifelong learning, so as to form a well-organized learning atmosphere, to promote the work of its members in continuous learning.
Second, all learning. The organization's management, operation layer should devote himself to learning, especially in management decision-making, which need more study.
Third, the whole process of learning. That learning must run though the whole process of the orgnization's running. Study and work should not be separated, but to prepare, plan, and operate while studying.
Fourth, team learning. In a learning organization, the team is the most basic learning units. The cooperative learning and group intelligence should be put more emphasis on.
