Haide Capital and CMS Signed an Equity Transfer Agreement

In Jan 2015, Haide Capital Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and China Medical System Holdings Limited (CMS) formally signed an equity transfer agreement. The company will sell all their shares of Hebei Xinglong Xili Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Haide Capital invested to Xili Pharmaceutical to become its shareholders in March 2012. Hebei Xinglong Xili Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a pharmaceutical company business in production and sales of proprietary Chinese medicine products. The company has solid R&D capability in production upgrading and innovation; and has developed its own plantation for raw materials cultivation.

The acquiring firm China Medical System Holdings Limited is a leading China-based pharmaceutical services company with the largest third-party promotion network in China in terms of hospital coverage, therapeutic focus and number of salespeople.
