October 2011 onwards, Haide Capital Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd officially became a director of China Venture Capital Association.

China Venture Capital Association (CVCA) is a national level social organization that is approved by National Development and Reform Commission. CVCA is the only national association in the venture capital industry with official approval and governmental registration.

The missions of CVCA are to promote and implement the nation’s policies and regulations on the venture capital industry, to conduct research on significant theories and practical problems, to enhance the industry management and self discipline of the venture capital firms, to protect the legal rights and interests of the venture capital investors, to serve as a bridge between competent administrative authorities and venture capital firms, between venture capital firms and startup companies, between different venture capital firms, so as to promote the sustainable, healthy and rapid development of China venture capital industry.
As we Haide Capital became a director of CVCA, we will make our own contribution to the Association, and it’ll be a very important step during our company's long-term strategic.
